Know what’s in your kitchen pantry, before you shop.
Larder turns a photo of your grocery receipt into a live, shared inventory for your family household — so everyone knows what’s in the kitchen, what’s running low, and what you’re spending. No spreadsheet required.
Four steps. No app to install.
Larder lives inside Telegram — the chat app most of your household already has open.
Snap the receipt
Photograph or forward a PDF of any grocery receipt straight into the chat.
AI itemises it
Item names, prices, quantities and categories are parsed automatically in seconds.
Confirm once
Check the preview, tap confirm, and your household’s live inventory updates for everyone.
Get nudged, not nagged
Running low on essentials, or close to your budget? Larder messages your household the moment it matters — not before.
Everything a household needs, nothing it doesn’t.
Built around one shared kitchen, not one person’s shopping list.
Receipt scanning, done for you
Snap a photo or send a PDF — skip manual data entry entirely.

Everyone sees the same live list, updated in real time, on their own phone.

Budget tracking
Set a monthly grocery budget and get an alert at 80% and 100% spend, automatically.
Consumption reports
See what your household actually used over time — not just what you bought.
Manual add & edit
Add or adjust items by hand any time — no receipt required.
Built for the kitchen you actually share.
Families juggling groceries across two working parents
Roommates splitting the kitchen and the bills

Good to know.
No — everything runs inside Telegram, an app you likely already have.
Send it as a normal photo (Telegram handles the conversion automatically) or upload it as a PDF. Other file types sent as a document, like HEIC or PNG, aren’t supported yet.
Yes — 6 scans a week during your 14-day free trial, then 12 a week once you’re an official beta tester. Either way it’s enough for a weekly grocery run, or a few smaller ones across the week — with room to spare. This keeps the AI parsing sustainable so we can keep the price at S$10/year. Need more? Just message us.
Message @larder_co_bot on Telegram and tap Start — tell it your name and you’re in immediately, your household created and ready, with a free 14-day trial. No code, no waiting on us. (Joining someone else’s household instead? Just tap their invite link when they send it, and you’ll join theirs instead of getting your own.) Join the waitlist below too if you’d like updates — and when your trial’s ending, just run /requestrenewal in the bot; we’ll follow up and get you extended as an official beta tester.
Yes — as many as you like. Whoever sets it up first gets an invite link from the bot; anyone who taps that link joins the same shared inventory automatically. No separate signups, no per-person setup.
Built for Singapore and the wider APAC region first — it works anywhere Telegram does.
Only your household can see your day-to-day inventory, spending and shopping history — no other household, ever. Your receipt photos themselves are never stored by us — they’re processed to pull out the items and prices, then discarded; only that itemised data is saved. As we grow, we may use anonymised, aggregated patterns across households (e.g. “milk prices rose 8% this quarter”) to improve the product — never anything traceable back to your household.
